We offer out of hours services tailored to patients who cannot attend appointments in normal working hours. Services include Structured Medication Reviews (SMR'S), Mental Health reviews, Medicine Reconciliation and other clinical queries.

We review and issue medication requested acutely without the need for GP intervention.

Reconciliations and Discharge letters

Reconciliation of Discharge Summaries, script letters and other secondary care departments.

Tailored Structured Medication Reviews preformed by a clinical pharmacist to optimise patients treatment.

Prescription Reauthorisation.

We will reauthorise medication after thoroughly checking all monitoring parameters and long term condition reviews are up to date.

Clinical Audits

We will help prepare practises for CQC and help them achieve QOF targets. We do this by tailoring clinical audits to the areas of focus for the practices. We have healthcare professionals to help you achieve these targets.

Remote Clinical Services

We can provide your practice with a healthcare professional across the UK without compromising practice capacity. However if face to face working is preferred we can also facilitate this.

NHS Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS)

In a significant update, NHS England has announced that Primary Care Networks (PCNs) must fully utilise their Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) allocations or risk losing the funding. The new contract specifies that the redistribution mechanism for unclaimed ARRS funds will be removed, meaning that any unclaimed funds will no longer be available to PCNs.
